Shipping

Inside Australia Shipping costs - (Standard rate) AUD$7.95

Your shipping costs are calculated automatically and will appear in your shopping cart as a Flat shipping rate.

Delivery times. Inside Australia please allow 7 - 10 days. Outside Australia please allow 2 - 4 weeks.
Please Note :::: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Returns

If you have a faulty item - please contact us immediately at admin@kandikids.info to have this problem resolved.

If you are not happy with the items you have received you can return them within 7 days of when you originally received your order. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed and still in original condition.

All music/cd/dvd sales are final (Choose carefully as you cannot return these items).

Tickets are refundable only if the event is cancelled. (You will receive a refund within 14 days.)

Other Refunds Will only be issued if; An ordered item that may be out of stock; A Lost shipment (Except where purchaser supplies incorrect details); Damaged goods.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued until the returns have been received and checked for there condition.
